1. Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address before placing an order. Chosen Few JA Shipping Company is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
2. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before they leave the seller's or retailer's warehouse. Once an item has been shipped to our warehouse or is in transit, it cannot be cancelled.
3. Returns
Chosen Few JA Shipping Company does not accept returns. Please contact the retailer directly if you need to return an item, subject to the retailer's return policy.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping charges are based on the weight and services selected. All fees must be paid before packages are released.
